Position Summary Matrix Home Care is seeking experienced and dependable Physical Therapists and Physical Therapist Assistants for PRN home health visits throughout Vero Beach and Port St. Lucie. Physical Therapists will complete evaluations, reassessments, develop individualized plans of care, and provide skilled therapy services. Physical Therapist Assistants will provide follow-up treatments under the direction and supervision of the Physical Therapist.
