Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant Full Job Description Shift:
8:00AM-4:30PM Physical Therapist Assistant -
  • Manual therapy
  • Airway clearance techniques
  • Integumentary repair and protecon
  • Use of electrotherapeuc, physical agent and mechanical modalies
  • Health and Wellness
  • Falls Risk Intervenons
  • Chronic Disease Management Educaon
SPECIFIC EDUCATIONAL/VOCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS
1. Must have a valid license in the state(s) of Florida, or proof of license eligibility. 2. Must have a valid driver's license or reliable, independent transportation to and from the paents'residence.
JOB SKILLS
1. Good organizaonal skills and me management skills. 2. Good verbal and wrien communicaon skills.
COMPLIANCE
1. Complies with applicable legal requirements, standards, policies and procedures including but not limited to those within the Compliance and Ethics Program, Standard/Code of Conduct, Federal False Claims Act and
HIPAA. 2.
Parcipates in required orientaon and training programs. 3. Promptly reports concerns and suspected incidences of non-compliance to supervisor, Compliance Liaison or to the Compliance Officer via the Integrity Hotline. 4. Cooperates with monitoring and audit funcons and invesgaons. 5. Parcipates, as requested, in quality assurance and process improvement acvies.

$27.51 - $29.33 per hour Expected hours: 36.0 per week
