Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated Bilingual Spanish Chiropractic Assistant to join our team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to support patient care in a dynamic clinical environment, ensuring effective communication and exceptional service for our diverse patient population. The ideal candidate will possess strong interpersonal skills, clinical knowledge, and a passion for helping others achieve optimal health. Duties Assist chiropractors with patient intake, ensuring accurate collection of medical histories and current health information in both English and Spanish. Provide exceptional patient service by addressing questions, explaining procedures, and offering emotional support throughout treatment sessions. Support patient transfer methods and manual handling to ensure safe movement and positioning during therapy sessions. Maintain patient confidentiality at all times, adhering strictly to privacy regulations and clinic policies. Prepare treatment rooms, organize supplies, and assist with physiotherapy procedures, including rehabilitation care assistance. Communicate effectively with patients regarding physiotherapy exercises, post-acute care instructions, and discharge protocols. Support clinic operations by managing appointment scheduling, updating patient records accurately, and coordinating follow-up visits. Requirements Fluency in both Spanish and English is essential to facilitate clear communication with diverse patients. Prior experience in patient service roles within healthcare settings such as hospitals, outpatient clinics, or physiotherapy practices is highly preferred. Knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy, physiology, and rehabilitation techniques relevant to chiropractic care Experience working with geriatric populations or in sub-acute care environments will be considered a plus. Strong organizational skills with the ability to maintain confidentiality while managing multiple tasks efficiently.
