Physical Therapist Assistant

Job Description Provision and daily documentation of each visit of physical therapy intervention in Outpatient physical therapy setting as delegated and supervised by a State of Georgia licensed physical therapist (complete job description available). Weekend and holiday rotation PTA schedule for hospital IP/swing bed patients. Qualifications Minimum of Associate degree in physical therapy from an accredited PTA program; current PTA license to practice in the State of Ga.; practice in subacute rehab physical therapy in LTC/SNF would be beneficial for weekend PTA rotation with 3 other PTAs. Experience Prefer at least 2-3 years experience in OP physical therapy practice private or OP hospital setting.
