Pay:
Gross Weekly Pay (Traveler): 2,136.80/Week( Includes Lodging & M&I Stipends $1,246) Local($1,722/ week)
Job Description:
We are seeking a compassionate and motivated Physical Therapist (PT) or Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) for a 13-week outpatient orthopedic assignment in Covington, GA. This opportunity is ideal for experienced clinicians, first-time travelers, and new graduates looking to build their careers in a collaborative outpatient setting.
Key Responsibilities:
Evaluate and treat patients with orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans. Document patient progress accurately and timely. Manage a daily caseload of approximately 12-14 patients. Meet productivity expectations of 60 patient visits per week.
Requirements:
Active Georgia PT License or Georgia PTA License (required) BLS/CPR Certification (typically required before start) New graduates are eligible No prior travel experience required (despite the requisition header, the notes state first-time travelers are accepted) Ability to work 8-hour Day shifts Minimum of 2 years of recent acute care hospital respiratory therapy experience preferred.
