Job Description

Pizza Clinic of Chiropractic is seeking a friendly, motivated, and dependable Bilingual (English/Spanish) Back Office Chiropractic Assistant to join our team. We are looking for someone who enjoys working with people, has excellent attention to detail, and thrives in a fast-paced healthcare environment. No chiropractic experience? No problem! We are happy to train the right candidate who is eager to learn and grow with our practice. Responsibilities As a Back Office Chiropractic Assistant, you will work directly with the doctor and play an important role in providing exceptional patient care.
Duties include:
Assist the doctor during patient examinations and treatments Conduct patient consultations and obtain medical histories Take and process digital X-rays Assist the doctor with preparing X-ray reports Accurately document patient visits in the electronic health record (EHR) Dispense durable medical equipment (DME) and educate patients on proper use Prepare and maintain medical records Maintain accurate electronic patient documentation Perform back-office opening and closing procedures Help ensure the treatment area remains clean, organized, and efficient Qualifications The ideal candidate will have: Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish (required) Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Positive attitude and professional appearance Strong attention to detail Dependability and punctuality Ability to multitask in a busy clinical environment Flexibility and willingness to learn Previous medical or chiropractic office experience is a plus, but not required Schedule Approximately 35-40 hours per week
Monday-Friday:
9:00 AM - 6:00
PM Tuesday or Thursday:
Half day
Saturday:
