Grow your career as a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) at AICA Orthopedics and make a real difference in the lives of patients recovering from injuries. At AICA, you'll work alongside a dedicated team of experienced professionals in a supportive and collaborative environment. Gain hands-on experience treating a diverse range of patients, using evidence-based techniques to help them regain mobility, manage pain, and achieve their rehabilitation goals.
What You'll Do:
Provide Hands-On Patient Care:
Deliver direct patient care under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist, implementing individualized treatment plans and therapeutic exercises. Collaborate with the
Care Team:
Work closely with Physical Therapists, Chiropractors, and other medical professionals to provide comprehensive and coordinated care.
Empower Patients:
Educate patients on their condition, treatment plan, and home exercises, empowering them to take an active role in their recovery.
Document Patient Progress:
Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient progress, treatments, and outcomes. Maintain a

Qualifications:
Essential:
Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program. Current state licensure/certification as a Physical Therapist Assistant. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and patient education skills. Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team. Demonstrated stability in previous roles (preferred). Experience in outpatient orthopedics. Bilingual is a huge plus (Spanish/English).
Work Environment:
This position requires frequent sitting, bending, stooping, walking, lifting up to 20-40 pounds, and periods of uninterrupted standing.
