StemWave Therapy Specialist (LMT or PTA) No prior shockwave experience required — paid training provided About the Role We are a niche, integrative medical practice seeking a Licensed Massage Therapist (LMT) or Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to deliver StemWave (focused shockwave therapy) , with or without hands-on treatment. We focus on effective, evidence-based therapies that are often overlooked in traditional care. What You'll Do Perform StemWave treatments for pain and soft tissue conditions Integrate or refer for manual therapy / trigger point work when appropriate Educate patients and present personalized care plans Confidently guide patients into paid treatment plans Build patient relationships and drive rebooking through strong outcomes and follow-up Compensation Paid training provided Transition to a performance-based / revenue-share model Strong earning potential for providers who can deliver results and convert patients into ongoing care Who This Is For Licensed LMT or PTA Sales-savvy and comfortable discussing treatment plans and pricing Confident, personable, and results-driven Eager to help build and grow this service line , including referral relationships, community outreach, and marketing Interested in performance-based compensation and the opportunity to operate and grow your own profitable service line within the practice Schedule Part-time to start, with room to grow To Apply Please send your resume along with a brief note on why this role interests you.
