The ideal candidate will possess excellent patient service skills, a strong understanding of medical terminology, and the ability to communicate fluently in both English and another language. This role offers an exciting opportunity to support patient care, streamline clinic operations, and contribute to a positive healing environment within a busy chiropractic practice. Duties Greet and assist patients with intake procedures, ensuring a welcoming and professional experience. Collect and record vital signs accurately, blood pressure, pulse, etc Maintain detailed documentation within Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality. Assist chiropractors with patient examinations, X-ray procedures, and basic physiologic assessments. Prepare treatment rooms by sterilizing equipment and ensuring all necessary supplies are available for patient appointments. Support administrative tasks such as appointment scheduling, insurance verification, and billing processes. Educate patients on post-treatment care instructions and answer general inquiries in both languages to enhance patient understanding. Ensure compliance with health and safety protocols, including basic life support procedures when necessary. Experience Prior experience working in a clinical or hospital setting, preferably within, urgent care, or outpatient clinics. Demonstrated proficiency with EHR systems and medical administrative support functions. Knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy, physiology, and chiropractic therapies Experience supporting inpatient or outpatient care environments in hospital or Level I/II trauma centers is highly desirable. Familiarity with X-ray procedures Strong communication skills in both English and the Spanish to effectively serve diverse patient populations. Pay:
$16.00 - $18.00 per hour
