Chiropractic Assistant

We are seeking a professional, bilingual (English/Spanish) Chiropractic Assistant with excellent organizational skills for a busy, family-focused chiropractic practice. This role is perfect for someone outgoing, confident, and motivated, who loves helping families and educating patients.

What You'll Do:

Assist patients with check-ins, appointments, and office procedures Perform data entry and basic office tasks with attention to detail Help with outside marketing and community outreach Travel between our two office locations as needed

Requirements:

Bilingual in English & Spanish required Reliable vehicle for travel between offices Confident, outgoing personality (shy dispositions won't thrive) Quick learner, tech-savvy (Word, Excel, Internet) Previous experience as a Chiropractic Assistant or in billing is a plus

Details:

Part-time 23-25 hrs/week to start, potential for full-time Compensation includes bonus structure & free chiropractic care Paid time off and employee discounts Long-term commitment preferred (minimum 1 year) If you're motivated, energetic, and love working with families, we want you on our team! Previous experience as a Chiropractic Assistant and/or in chiropractic billing is a plus, but not necessary for the right person. This is NOT a job for recent Medical Assistant graduates unless you love chiropractic!
