Well respected skilled nursing facility (SNF) is seeking a PhysicalTherapist Assistant who is highly motivated and energetic to join the team in Waycross, GA. Candidates must be willing to support a friendly, positive and professional environment. This will be for a 13 week assignment contract, working a Monday-Friday schedule.

Physical Therapist Assistant, Skilled Experience:

roper State License Skilled Nursing/long term care experience - since October 2019 (PDPM experience) Rehab Optima (Net Health)
