Job Description
Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and administrative support at our front desk.Duties:
- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Answer and direct phone calls promptly
- Manage appointments and reservations
- Perform order entry tasks accurately
- Computerize and maintain electronic records
- Type and proofread documents as needed
- Assist with office tasks such as filing, scanning, and faxing
- Provide customer support with inquiries or issues
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Front Desk Receptionist or similar role
- Excellent customer service skills
- Proficient in using office equipment including printers and fax machines
- Strong communication skills with good phone etiquette
- Familiarity with dental receptionist duties is a plus
