This is a great role for a student looking for health care experience. This position is for our Clark Street location. This position is ideally suited for someone who has availability in the morning and/or early evenings Under the close supervision of a Physical Therapist, Technicians are responsible for assisting the therapist with patient care or patient related needs. Light clerical duties required including but not limited to: Scheduling, collecting co-pays, scanning and new patient registration, maintaining overall clinic cleanliness, and preparing treatment areas.
Skills and Specifications:
Ability to communicate well verbally and in writing Knowledge of Medical Terminology and Anatomy Positive attitude Team player Ability to work with all types of people Ability to multi-task Ability to prioritize important tasks is necessary. Maintaining pleasant and professional relationships with patients Reliable Ability to comply with Doctors of Physical Therapy Standards of Operation
