Part-time Summary:

As a PTA at Apostolic Christian LifePoints, you will play a vital role in ensuring our residents receive excellent physical therapy needs. This position is essential to our commitment to high-quality care, as you will assist in physical therapy and treatment in a Christian home environment.

Job Description:

We provide care in a wide range of settings including our 74 bed Intermediate Care Facility, two 12-16 bed ICFs, and 13 domestic settings throughout the community of Morton. We are looking for a seasonal licensed Physical Therapist Assistant. You will work under the direction of a Physical Therapist to treat adults with intellectual (developmental) disabilities in a variety of settings within our agency. Other duties may include training staff on Body Mechanics, resident transfers, and positioning of residents. Desired qualities : Good organizational skills; ability to work well with other departments; possess the strength and stamina to work on your feet and to move and transfer several residents throughout the day.
