Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) Springfield Suites Rehab & Nursing Springfield, IL Job Details Full-time $27 - $30 an hour 9 days ago Benefits Continuing education credits Paid holidays Health insurance Dental insurance 401(k) Paid time off Vision insurance Qualifications Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant Full Job Description Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) - Full-Time Springfield Suites A Rehab and Nursing Center Springfield, IL $27-30/hour Springfield Suites Rehab and Nursing Center is hiring a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to support rehabilitation services within our skilled nursing facility. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with residents focused on improving mobility, safety, and daily function.
What You'll Do:
Carry out therapy programs developed by the supervising Physical Therapist Assist residents with gait training, balance activities, strengthening exercises, and transfers Observe resident response during treatment sessions and communicate updates to the PT Encourage participation and support achievement of therapy goals Complete accurate treatment documentation and progress notes
