Duties Greet patients warmly and facilitate their check-in process with professionalism and care Conduct patient intake by gathering relevant medical history and updating records accurately Assist chiropractor during treatment sessions and ensuring patient comfort and safety Explain procedures clearly to patients, ensuring they understand their care journey and answer any questions they may have Maintain thorough documentation to record treatment details and patient progress Support clinic operations by managing appointment scheduling, follow-up communications, and maintaining organized records Translating for Spanish speaking patients when needed Experience Prior experience in patient service or healthcare settings is preferred, but not necessary Excellent communication skills for clear explanation of procedures and compassionate patient interaction Ability to perform patient intake procedures accurately while maintaining confidentiality Demonstrated ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail A proactive attitude with a passion for helping others achieve wellness through chiropractic care Join us in creating a welcoming space where patients feel cared for and supported on their journey toward better health!
