Applicants without a current PTA license or who do not meet the qualifications to earn licensure will not be considered. Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) - Full Time HTS is hiring a Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our therapy team at a top-rated skilled nursing facility in Kendallville, Indiana, just 30 minutes north of Fort Wayne. Dedicated to delivering long-term care and memory care, this facility is slower paced and focused on maintaining quality of life. In this position, the PTA will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized treatment plans and maintain accurate documentation of therapy sessions and resident programs. At 30 - 40 hours per week, this is a full-time position.
