Availability:

Full Time Pay Range:

$60,000 - $80,000 Responsibilities + Deliver physical therapy services to patients in their home based on the physician's plan of care and under the supervision of a licensed PT. + Engage in communication and case conference activities to ensure quality of care and patient safety. + Apply sound judgment and technical skills to perform treatments and procedures in accordance with established agency protocols. + Adhere to the Agency Code of Ethics and maintain compliance with all relevant standards and regulations. + Implement safety and infection control measures in all practices. + Complete other duties as assigned by supervision. Requirements + Valid PTA Certification in the state of Kansas. + Previous home health experience is preferred, but not mandatory. + Must pass a Drug Test, Background Check, and Physical Exam. + Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team.
