Job Description
Commonwealth Hand and Physical Therapy is seeking a compassionate, motivated, and skilled Physical Therapist Assistant to join our dynamic outpatient clinic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for helping patients achieve optimal function and quality of life. Assisting in evaluating clients' daily living skills and capacities to determine the extent of abilities and limitations Assisting patients with all phases of physical therapy treatment, including exercise instruction, manual therapy techniques, and activities of daily living Observing patients during treatments and reporting observations to the Physical Therapist Communicating with staff and other healthcare team members to exchange, discuss, and evaluate patient information for treatment planning and modifications Associate's degree from an accredited PTA program Current KY PTA license (or eligible) CPR certification Passion for patient-centered care Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Desire to grow professionally in a supportive environmentQualifications:
