At H2 Health @ Berea, you'll work with a diverse general outpatient population and support patients across orthopedic and musculoskeletal rehabilitation, balance and dizziness, sports medicine, chronic pain, neurological conditions, Workers' Compensation, and other rehabilitation needs. You'll work closely with Physical Therapists and the broader clinic team to help patients improve mobility, function, confidence, and quality of life. Your Role Provide skilled Physical Therapy treatments under the direction of a licensed Physical Therapist Carry out individualized plans of care and help patients progress toward functional goals Deliver therapeutic exercise, neuromuscular re-education, balance activities, mobility training, and other appropriate interventions Monitor patient response to treatment and communicate progress with the supervising Physical Therapist Educate patients on movement, exercise, recovery, and home programs Collaborate with clinicians and support staff to coordinate high-quality outpatient care Complete timely and accurate clinical documentation
