Job Description

Ellis & Badenhausen in the St. Matthews area of Louisville, KY is seeking a Part-Time Physical Therapy Technician to serve in our outpatient clinic. Ideally, coverage would be needed on Mondays, Wednesday, and Friday's from 7:30 AM-5:30
PM Job Duties:
Comforts patients by anticipating patients' anxieties; answering patients' questions; maintaining the clinic area. Ensures availability of treatment information by filing and retrieving patient records. Protects patients' rights by maintaining the confidentiality of personal and financial information. Maintains operations by following policies and procedures; reporting needed changes. Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed. Schedule the patient for therapy. If the patient is unable to attend therapy at our clinic (inbound referrals), help find a location that is acceptable to the patient and get the appointment scheduled (outbound referrals). Preparing rooms for patient visits Cleaning and organizing for patient services Welcomes patients and visitors by greeting patients and visitors, in person or on the telephone; answering or referring inquiries. Optimizes patients' satisfaction, provider time, and treatment room utilization by scheduling appointments in person or by telephone. Other duties as assigned.
Minimum Requirements:
