Responsibilities:
  • Provide physical therapy services under the supervision of a licensed physical therapist
  • Assist in the development and implementation of treatment plans for patients
  • Administer therapeutic exercises and modalities to improve patients' mobility, strength, and function
  • Monitor and document patients' progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary
  • Educate patients and their families on proper techniques for exercises and activities
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
Experience:
  • Associate's degree from an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program
  • Valid state licensure or certification as a Physical Therapist Assistant
  • Strong knowledge of human anatomy, physiology, and medical terminology
  • Experience in occupational health or acute care settings is preferred
  • Familiarity with trigger point therapy techniques is a plus As a Physical Therapist Assistant, you will have the opportunity to work in a outpatient rehabilitation clinic, providing essential patient care.
