You'll work closely with Physical Therapists and support staff to provide individualized, evidence-based care while building meaningful relationships with patients throughout their rehabilitation journey. Your Role:

Provide skilled physical therapy treatment under the direction of a licensed Physical Therapist. Implement individualized treatment plans to improve mobility, strength, balance, and functional independence. Treat orthopedic, post-operative, musculoskeletal, and mobility-related conditions. Educate patients and caregivers on home exercise programs and injury prevention strategies. Accurately document patient progress and communicate treatment updates with the clinical team. Utilize Scribe AI-powered documentation technology to streamline documentation and maximize patient care time. Utilize the Raintree EMR platform for documentation, scheduling, and patient management. Collaborate with Physical Therapists and support staff to support strong patient outcomes. Work within a manageable caseload environment, typically targeting approximately 10-12 patient visits per day for full-time outpatient clinicians. Contribute to a positive clinic culture focused on patient-centered care and clinical excellence. Requirements Associate degree from a CAPTE-accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program. Current licensure or eligibility as a Physical Therapist Assistant. Eligible to work in the United States. Experience in outpatient orthopedic, musculoskeletal, post-operative, or sports rehabilitation settings is a plus. Experience with EMR documentation, scheduling workflows, and billing-related documentation is a plus.
