PRN and Fulltime positions available Competitive pay rates Spring Creek Rehabilitation and Nursing Center is looking for a Physical Therapist Assistant to join our team in Murray, KY. We are a well-established practice that is committed to providing high-quality care to our patients. Our goal is to enhance people's lives through the application and management of exercise and recovery programs. The primary purpose of your job position is to assist in planning, organizing, developing, and directing Physical Therapy Services in accordance with current applicable federal, state, and local standards, guidelines and regulations, and as may be directed by the administrator, to assure that the highest degree of quality resident care can be maintained at all times. Responsibilities Apply selected forms of treatment or modalities under the direction of the physical therapist. Collaborate with the physical therapist to develop and implement recovery programs. Document services provided. Monitor patients' progress and monitor treatments to ensure accuracy and timely dissemination of results. Consult patients and assist them in achieving optimum recovery. Maintain accurate records and complete appropriate documentation. Attend staff meetings and educational sessions as assigned. Skills Proven work experience as a physical therapist assistant or physical therapist. Experience in working with adults, adolescents, or certain populations (e.g., cancer patients) preferred but not required.
