Qualifications Qualifications:

Licensed Physical Therapist (PT), Occupational Therapist (OT), Speech Language Pathologist (SLP), Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) or Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) in the state of practice Graduate of an accredited PT, OT, SLP, PTA, or COTA program 2+ years of experience in healthcare, long-term care setting preferred Interest or experience in geriatric rehabilitation or senior living therapy Passion for patient-centered care and improving quality of life for older adults
