  • 36/hour Post Rehab is seeking a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our skilled nursing rehabilitation team.
This position offers the opportunity to work with residents in both short-term rehab and long-term care while supporting mobility, strength, balance, and functional independence.
Position Responsibilities:
Provide physical therapy treatments under the direction of the supervising Physical Therapist Assist residents with gait training, therapeutic exercise, transfer practice, and balance activities Observe resident performance during treatment sessions and communicate updates to the PT Support residents in reaching individualized therapy goals safely and effectively Maintain timely and accurate treatment documentation
