We are a long-standing family practice (30+ years) serving patients of all ages with both acute and wellness care.
Responsibilities:
  • Greet and check-in patients, ensuring a warm and welcoming atmosphere
  • Schedule patient appointments and manage the appointment calendar
  • Collect patient information, update medical records, and verify insurance coverage
  • Assist chiropractors with patient examinations and treatments
  • Perform administrative tasks such as answering phone calls, responding to emails, and managing office correspondence
  • Process payments and handle billing inquiries
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area and treatment rooms
  • Follow HIPAA guidelines to ensure patient confidentiality
Qualifications:
  • Experience working in a medical office or healthcare setting is preferred
  • Familiarity with electronic medical record systems is a plus
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with patients and healthcare professionals
  • Detail-oriented and dependable
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

  • This is a downtown Boston location walking distance from Red and Green MBTA lines.
  • There is no parking on site. Please consider location, commuting requirements and variety of working hours before applying.
  • Saturday mornings are required.
