Job Description
We are seeking a PTA to join our team in Greenfield. Awesome team environment of PT's and PTA's. Larger clinic size with 5 PT's and 2 PTA's. Excellent mentors for a newer graduate but also a great environment for a tenured PTA. Outpatient ortho clinic with exposure to post-operative diagnoses, overuse injuries/MSK. At the Greenfield clinic, our clinicians have a variety of individual specialties, helping us treat a wide range of patients while learning from one another along the way. We value collaboration and mentorship, and make time for it through monthly clinical meetings where we research a topic throughout the month and come together to share what we've learned through hands-on discussion and informal in-services. We're located in the former Body Shoppe, a long-standing home for exercise, wellness, and physical therapy. We share the space with FRST Strength, a personal training company we frequently collaborate with and refer patients to as they transition beyond physical therapy. Our close relationship with their trainers helps create continuity of care, and our team also has access to their equipment and gym space.
