We're hiring a rockstar Chiropractic Assistant to become a key part of our growing, family-centered practice. This is not a basic front-desk position. You'll be our primary team member, so we need someone who is reliable, adaptable, confident with people, and able to take ownership without needing constant direction. You'll thrive here if you: Love people, especially kids and families Stay calm when things get busy Can multitask and prioritize quickly Take initiative and solve problems Are comfortable talking about money and helping patients make decisions Can think creatively with scheduling Adapt well when plans change Follow through on what you say you'll do Your role will include: Answering phones, emails, and texts Scheduling and rescheduling patients Collecting payments Supporting patient communication and follow-up Keeping the office organized and flowing Helping create an exceptional patient experience Learning our systems and helping improve them as we grow We can teach systems and software.
