Responsibilities include:

Greeting and welcoming patients with professionalism and warmth Scheduling and confirming appointments Answering phone calls and assisting patients with questions Collecting and updating patient information Maintaining accurate records and documentation Ensuring the reception and waiting areas remain clean and organized Preparing treatment rooms for patient visits Monitoring and tracking office inventory and supplies Assisting with basic patient therapies and procedures as directed by the Doctor Administering screening assessments such as blood pressure measurements and other non-invasive procedures Supporting the clinical team to ensure smooth daily operations What We're Looking For High school diploma or equivalent Strong communication and customer service skills Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities Professional appearance and positive attitude Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy Ability to maintain patient confidentiality Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office Reliable, dependable, and team-oriented Healthcare experience is a plus, but not required Why Join Primecare Chiropractic?
