Home Health Physical Therapist Assistant Full-Time | Monday-Friday | Malden-Melrose-Saugus Territory Your Skills. Their Home. Meaningful Progress. Help patients rebuild strength, improve mobility, and regain confidence without rushing from one treatment room to another. As a Home Health Physical Therapist Assistant , you'll deliver personalized therapy in each patient's home under the direction of a licensed Physical Therapist.
