Job Description

PHYSICAL THERAPIST ASSISTANT
  • Pelvic Health Specialization Bloom Pelvic Health and Wellness | Needham, MA About Us Bloom specializes in pelvic health, postpartum recovery, and women's wellness.
We combine hands-on manual therapy with education and the proprietary Bloom Method to help patients regain confidence and function. Our team is small, focused, and growing. The Role You'll work directly with our licensed physical therapists to deliver patient care in a specialized pelvic health setting.
Your responsibilities include:
  • Implementing treatment plans developed by licensed PTs
  • Performing manual techniques, therapeutic exercises, and soft tissue work
  • Educating patients on exercises, body mechanics, and long-term wellness strategies
  • Documenting treatment accurately and maintaining detailed patient records
  • Supporting discharge planning and continuity of care
  • Collaborating with the clinical team to optimize patient outcomes What We're Looking For
  • Current PTA licensure/certification
  • Experience in orthopedics, pelvic health, or women's health (Preferred not Required)
  • Strong understanding of anatomy, therapeutic techniques, and manual therapy
  • Excellent communication skills and genuine care for patient outcomes
  • Willingness to learn and grow in a specialized field
