Implement individualized treatment and exercise programs that support each student s motor and mobility goals Deliver treatment plans and exercise programs based on Physical Therapy assessments and IEP goals Train staff on adaptive equipment use and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure consistent, high-quality care. Need:

Associate s degree from a CAPTE-accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program (Commission on Accreditation in Physical Therapy Education) State licensure as a Physical Therapist Assistant Three years of pediatric experience preferred (experience with autism or developmental disabilities a plus). Strong communication, teamwork, and observation skills.
