Full Job Description Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to provide home health therapy services to patients in their homes. The PTA will assist with Start of Care and follow-up visits, patient care, and required documentation across the assigned territory.

Requirements:

Minimum 1 year of recent Adult Home Health experience Active PTA license required BLS/CPR required Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Must be willing to travel within the assigned territory Approximately 250 miles/week Productivity expectation: 32 points/week Local candidates accepted Mileage reimbursed at the IRS standard rate

Territory:

Norton, Attleboro, Mansfield, Plainville, North Attleboro, Wrentham, Foxboro & occasionally

Seekonk EMR:

HCHB & PointCare Pay:

$43.00 - $49.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
