We are seeking a compassionate, detail-oriented, and adaptable team member to step into a key hybrid role as a Front Desk Patient Manager & Chiropractic Assistant . You will be the face of our practice—creating positive patient experiences, managing front office flow, and directly assisting with clinical therapies and patient education.
Key Responsibilities Front Desk & Patient Management:
Engage with patients warmly and professionally, guiding them through every step of their visit. Handle appointment scheduling, confirmations, patient check-in/out, and filing. Verify insurance coverage, process pre-certifications, collect copays, and manage billing documentation using our EHR system. Collaborate with the clinical team to ensure high appointment adherence and smooth patient retention. Assist with community marketing events, wellness seminars, and health fairs.
Chiropractic Assistant & Patient Care:
Educate patients on office flow, treatment intensity, and how to gauge tolerance. Instruct, direct, and set up patients on traction equipment; explain the purpose of traction within Chiropractic Biophysics (CBP). Demonstrate prescribed active exercises and explain their purpose as a function of CBP. Apply cryotherapy and monitor multiple patients simultaneously for safety and comfort during treatment. Maintain, fit, and demonstrate proper use of Durable Medical Equipment (DME) such as back braces, knee braces, and Dennerolls. Manage DME inventory and guide patients through the complaint and return process. Maintain meticulous patient documentation, including travel cards and DME compliance forms. Keep clinical and treatment areas clean, organized, and welcoming.

Education:
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Experience:
Previous healthcare, chiropractic, or customer service experience is a plus.
