Summary As a Chiropractic Assistant at Chiropractic Health Partners, you will play an essential role in supporting our chiropractic team and enhancing patient experiences. This position is vital to our mission of delivering exceptional patient care while contributing to the growth and efficiency of our practices. Responsibilities Assist chiropractors in patient assessments and treatment procedures. Manage patient scheduling and ensure efficient clinic operations. Provide excellent patient service, addressing inquiries and concerns promptly. Maintain accurate patient records and documentation. Educate patients about treatment plans and exercises as directed by the chiropractor. Ensure the clinic environment is clean, organized, and welcoming for patients. Collaborate with the healthcare team to optimize patient care processes. Support marketing initiatives by promoting services to patients. Qualifications Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and medical terminology relevant to chiropractic care. Proven experience in a healthcare or clinical setting is preferred. Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with patients and team members. Demonstrated ability to provide exceptional patient service and support. Organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Familiarity with patient assessment techniques is a plus.
