Job Description
Physical Therapist Assistant
We are open to considering licensed PTAs for full-time, part-time, or PRN schedules. Full-time begins at 32 hours. You must have a Maryland PTA license to start. An ideal PTA has at least one year of outpatient experience. We are open to considering new graduates. On-site mentorship is available through our multidisciplinary team.
We treat a diverse orthopedic population, from teens to geriatrics, with specialty services including sports medicine, oncology (ReVital), neurology, vestibular, and concussion programs.
Part-Time ScheduleOur center operates Monday through Saturday. We are seeking part-time coverage on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM, and on Saturdays from 8:00 AM to 2:00 PM . Additional PTA coverage is available.

- Implement, with minimal supervision, high quality physical therapy services for patients, caregivers and facilities in accordance with the principals and practices of physical therapy and with Select Medical policies and procedures
- Maintain positive level of interaction with centers and patients, and enhance and expand client relations with centers and their staff.
- College graduate of an accredited physical therapist assistant program
- Passed a national examination for PTAs certified by the CAPTE
- Valid state physical therapist assistant (PTA) license (or license in process
- CPR certification
