  • 39/hour Ultimate Therapy is seeking a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our rehabilitation team.
This position offers the opportunity to work with residents in a skilled nursing setting, helping them improve mobility, confidence, and overall functional independence.
Position Responsibilities:
Deliver physical therapy treatments under the direction of the supervising Physical Therapist Assist residents with gait training, transfer training, balance activities, and therapeutic exercise programs Monitor resident performance and communicate progress, concerns, or changes in status to the PT Support individualized rehabilitation plans designed to improve functional outcomes Maintain accurate and timely treatment documentation Why Join Autumn Lake @
