Job Description

Overview Join our growing chiropractic practice as an Office manager / Clinic Director / Front Desk / Chiropractic Assistant! You'll be the friendly face and organized backbone of our clinic, ensuring smooth operations and a great first impression for every patient. Your energy and attention to detail will help create a welcoming environment where patients feel cared for from the moment they walk in. Full time, will train. Responsibilities Greet patients warmly, verify appointments, and manage check-in/check-out Schedule appointments and manage the clinic calendar using our practice management system Answer phones with excellent etiquette; handle inquiries about services and appointment availability Collect payments and maintain accurate, HIPAA-compliant patient records Assist with data entry, filing, and general administrative support Help keep the office running efficiently in a fast-paced, one-on-one clinic setting Requirements Prior clinic or medical office experience preferred, but not required — we will train the right person Strong computer skills; comfort learning new software Excellent customer service and phone communication skills Detail-oriented, fast-working, and able to multitask Understanding of HIPAA and patient confidentiality, or willingness to learn Be available on few weekends to go to seminars What we offer
