The Role Provide skilled physical therapy treatments under PT supervision Implement goal-driven treatment plans focused on mobility, strength, balance, and independence Collaborate closely with nursing and interdisciplinary teams Contribute to a therapy culture built on accountability and autonomy SNF experience preferred, but motivated new grads are welcome.
