What You'll Be Doing:

As our Front Desk CA , you'll be the first friendly face patients see when they walk in, and the one who keeps everything running smoothly behind the scenes.

Your day-to-day will include:

Greeting and checking in patients with energy and a warm smile Scheduling visits and keeping the flow of the office organized Collecting and recording payments accurately Helping patients stay informed about their care and upcoming visits Keeping records and patient information up to date Preparing the office for each shift so it's welcoming and ready Supporting the doctors and team wherever needed Adding joy to our office culture — from restocking snacks to celebrating wins with patients and teammates! You run the show! (Don't worry — we'll train you on our systems and flow so you feel confident in your role.)
