Full Job Description Responsibilities:
- Greet and check-in patients, ensuring a positive and welcoming experience
- Answer phone calls and schedule appointments
- Provide administrative support to the chiropractor, including managing patient records and billing
- Assist with insurance verification and claims processing
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front desk area
- Collaborate with the chiropractor to ensure smooth patient flow and efficient office operations
- Educate patients on chiropractic services and answer any questions they may have
Qualifications:
- Proficient in using phone systems and handling multiple phone lines
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle confidential information with discretion
- Knowledge of chiropractic principles or willingness to learn
