Full Job Description Responsibilities:
  • Assist physical therapists in providing treatment to patients
  • Implement therapeutic exercises and modalities as directed by the physical therapist
  • Monitor and document patient progress during treatment sessions
  • Educate patients on proper techniques for exercises and activities
  • Assist with the setup and maintenance of therapy equipment
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans
Requirements:
  • Associate's degree from an accredited physical therapist assistant program
  • State licensure or certification as a physical therapist assistant
  • Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and rehabilitation techniques
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a healthcare team
