Job Description

Job Summary As a Physical Therapy Technician at Ignite Physical Therapy, you will play a vital role in supporting our physical therapists and enhancing the patient experience. This position is perfect for someone who is enthusiastic, compassionate, and eager to contribute to the rehabilitation process. Option for full or part time position. Great opportunity for a student or someone interested in becoming a physical therapist or PTA.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist physical therapists with patient care, including setting up equipment and preparing treatment areas.
  • Guide patients through exercises and therapies as directed by the physical therapist.
  • Ensure that treatment areas are clean, organized, and ready for use.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation related to patient progress and treatments.
  • Educate patients on home exercise programs and proper use of equipment.
  • Support the administrative team with scheduling, answering phones, and other clerical duties as needed.
  • Foster a positive and encouraging environment for patients.
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with a team and independently.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
