- What You'll Do as a
Home Health Physical Therapy Assistant:
- + Provide rehabilitative physical therapy under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist, following each patient's individualized Plan of Care.

What You'll Bring:
- + Graduate of an accredited two-year Physical Therapy Assistant program.
- Preferred Experience (Not Required):
- + 1+ year of experience in home health, hospital, or outpatient rehab setting + In-home rehab services + Geriatric or orthopedic rehabilitation + Collaboration in interdisciplinary care teams
