We are seeking a dedicated Physical Therapy Technician to join our growing team at Pilot Physical Therapy. As a PT Tech, you will assist licensed therapists in delivering high-quality care to patients recovering from injuries, surgeries, or managing chronic conditions. Your role will involve providing support during therapy sessions, preparing treatment areas, and ensuring the clinic runs smoothly. The ideal candidate would be a student pursuing a career in physical therapy or healthcare in general. No experience is required, just a positive attitude and a willingness to learn!
Responsibilities :
Assist PTs and PTAs in conducting treatments and exercises. Set up and maintain equipment used during therapy sessions. Prepare and clean therapy areas for patient use. Assist with patient mobility and positioning as needed. Provide excellent customer service to patients, ensuring a positive clinic experience. Assist with answering phones and greeting patients as they enter the clinic. Help with administrative tasks like scheduling and patient intake. Ability to work at least 2 days per week
Qualifications :
Positive attitude and willingness to learn. High school diploma or equivalent (required). Experience in a healthcare setting (preferred). Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to follow instructions and maintain patient confidentiality. Basic knowledge of anatomy and physiology (preferred). CPR and First Aid certification (preferred).
