Greeting patients Assisting physical therapist with patients, this may involve supervising exercises or doing modalities as directed by PT/PTA. Helping the Admissions person communicate with patients, physicians, and any other people that contact the clinic by phone. Helping the Admissions person schedule patients. Preparing and cleaning of treatment rooms and other clinic areas. Maintaining pleasant and professional relationships with patients. Maintaining a solid level of productivity. Working with the other members of clinic staff to ensure that OTR remains a great place to work. Any special duties, which the clinic director delegates.
