Responsibilities Include:
Creating meaningful connections with patients and helping them feel comfortable, cared for, and encouraged Performing and explaining Insight Nervous System Scans Educating patients about the benefits of neurologically-based chiropractic care Setting up new patient care plans which includes reviewing financials, organizing payment arrangements, and coordinating long-term appointment scheduling Managing patient schedules efficiently and proactively to help the office flow smoothly and maintain strong patient consistency Following up on missed appointments, declined payments, and scheduling inconsistencies with professionalism, confidence, and strong communication skills Creating social media content and assisting with educational workshops to attract new patients Helping improve systems, office efficiency, and overall patient experience by contributing ideas and taking initiative in day-to-day operations Assisting with office projects, organization, and day-to-day operations to help the office run smoothly Creating flyers, handouts, presentations, and other materials that align with our monthly themes and events
Schedule:
Monday / Wednesday /
Thursday:
9:00am-1:00pm & 2:00pm-6:30pm
Tuesday:
7:00am-1:00pm every week & approximately 4:00pm-7:00pm only for in-office workshops (usually once per month) Occasional weekend community events required (Approximately 4-5 weekends per year)
Pay & Benefits:
$19•21/hour starting pay based on experience, attitude, professionalism, and overall fit for the role.
