Job Description

Physical Therapy Assistant Regions Hospital United States, Minnesota, St. Paul Sep 03, 2026 Regions Hospital is seeking a Physical Therapy Assistant to work in a full time, benefit eligible position at our inpatient rehab department. This position will primarily serve adult patients on acute units of our Trauma Level 1 hospital, treating medical/surgical, orthopedic, trauma, cardiac and neuro diagnosis. This position will also be trained to see patients on our inpatient rehabilitation unit providing an opportunity to work with a wide range of diagnoses: stroke, brain injury, spinal cord, orthopedic, intensive medical and cardiac patients. We provide a thorough on-boarding process to all new hires and mentorship from experienced staff is available, staff enjoy collaboration between team members. Regions Rehabilitation offers in-services on a wide range of topics that can help grow your clinical experience, we also provide continuing education compensation and access to Medbridge.
Work Schedule:
Monday - Friday, working one weekend every 4 weeks. Works one to two holidays per year.
Required Qualifications:
Graduation from a two-year accredited Physical Therapy Assistant Program. Licensed/registered/certified with applicable governing Physical Therapy Assistant board(s) and Minnesota Department of Health. CPR Certification (Basic Life Support)
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in similar settings Advanced certification and/or licensure to support position.
