Role:
As a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) , you will provide high-quality physical therapy care to our residents, working closely with our physical therapy team to design and implement individualized treatment plans. Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) will assist with therapeutic exercises, stretching, and strengthening, as well as educate residents and their families on proper techniques and precautions. Responsibilities:
Assist physical therapists with therapeutic interventions, including manual therapy, motor learning, and functional activities Develop and implement treatment plans, under the supervision of a licensed physical therapist Monitor and record resident progress, adjusting treatment plans as needed Educate residents and families on proper techniques, precautions, and home exercise programs Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to enhance overall care and achieve resident goals

Requirements:
